If you’re unhappy with Oranga Tamariki or a care or custody provider, you can talk to us.
If you share a complaint with the Ombudsman, they are required by law to help to resolve it in private.
Anyone can contact the Ombudsman for advice. If we can’t help you, we’ll find someone who can.
